    Focusing on bedroom furniture and decorations, Penelope Bedroom UK is now jumping into the UK homeware scene. With down pillows and Queenly duvets, Penelope bedroom offers accessories fit for luxurious sleep lovers.

    APPROACH

    As Penelope Bedroom was already successfully established in Turkey, they had a strong logo and branding that they wanted to use on their UK site. Therefore, FDRY focused their efforts on creating a perfectly functional and impressive website. Making sure the navigation was seamless and plenty of information for UK customers. At the heart of our website, design and development was the understanding that the website must offer an enjoyable user experience for its customers. A delightful user experience increases consumers’ willingness to purchase and increases brand loyalty.

    The client requested that the design be clean and stylish to reflect the luxury home accessories and decor industry. Our designers at FDRY worked to extend Penelope Bedroom’s existing branding. We were aiming to incorporate it into new and user-friendly website designs. Given their wide selection of products, it was necessary to display them clearly to ensure the user has a smooth and effortless buying experience. A targeted CRO strategy was communicated to our developers. From this, the team maintained consistency across both the visual and functional characteristics of the e-commerce website. Further incorporated into the website was a smart match test function. A smart match test function allows users to take a test and discover the best pillows and duvets for them.

    RESULT

    Overall, Penelope Bedroom resulted in a fresh yet original extension of their already existing brand. It successfully incorporated many products available to customers and smart match tests to ensure the best-suited pillows and duvets for all. The colour scheme, which already existed within their brand, was incorporated into the website and pages. A consistent theme remained throughout.
