APPROACH
Having established a relationship with the NAOS team, the FDRY creative team was able to understand the pain points that NAOS were experiencing with their former platform. Resulting in the newly founded “NAOS Cloud” system.
We sought to solve their issue by mapping out clear journeys and ensuring all needs for users were met through the new platform, for example what information the NAOS team needed to communicate internally, what areas would be useful in which formats, and how it was best to structure the intranet.
