Firefly sought to elevate the look and feel of their travel site to align with their audience’s expectations of luxury and exclusivity. With a vision to provide a seamless experience for those seeking the best in life, the new website needed to be sophisticated while extremely visually engaging. The inclusion of high-resolution photography was vital to capturing the allure of their premium offerings. By deeply understanding Firefly’s target audience, FDRY began conceptualising a site that would reflect the brand’s commitment to luxury and cater to their customers’ unique needs.
The FDRY team initiated the project by analysing the existing site’s structure and functionality. This provided invaluable insight into what was already working and what required improvement, particularly from the perspective of user behaviour.
