APPROACH

CouCoo approached FDRY with a time-sensitive campaign brief ahead of an upcoming site-wide sale and a launch of a new collection. With just a few days before the sale, they needed a fully developed digital campaign that could not only reflect their brand identity but also drive strong commercial results. We designed all supporting assets for the campaign, from dynamic story artwork and homepage banners to custom email templates. At the same time, we took control of the ecommerce experience, managing website updates, and ensuring a seamless transition from discovery to checkout. RESULT

The campaign was a resounding success. CouCoo saw a significant uplift in online engagement and sales in a remarkably short period. Website traffic rose by 30%, with over 30,000 unique visitors during the campaign period. Email marketing proved particularly effective, generating over $180,000 in revenue and achieving an average open rate of 44.45% across 10 separate email sends. The site experienced an influx of high-intent customers, leading to the majority of stock being sold out shortly after the campaign went live.
