BiB approached the FDRY team wanting to give their website a complete overhaul, from branding, website design, to a new backend system.
The FDRY design team began the process by getting to understand the feel of the company, understanding their values, what they want to communicate to customers, and how they want to convey their brand.
After branding approval, the FDRY UX and UI team began with the structure of the site, ensuring all important areas of the site were accessible with easy flows, encouraging the user to convert either via contact form or through the ecommerce shop. The eCommerce journeys were mapped to implement a B2B and B2C element, which was translated in the development, allowing users to have a smooth checkout process.
